Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities deserve to live in real homes, pursue real goals, and belong to real communities. Too often, the care system moves people away from community life rather than toward it. Grove exists to do the opposite.
We are an Arkansas-based agency that supports adults with I/DD through home and community-based services. Our approach is built around what each person needs and wants — not what is easiest to provide. When people are supported well, in steady and caring environments, they grow. They build skills, form connections, and lead fuller lives.
Services are funded through Arkansas Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waivers.

Getting connected starts with your PASSe.
If you or a family member is enrolled in an Arkansas Medicaid HCBS waiver program and you'd like Grove to be part of your care plan, let your PASSe, DHS office, or established care coordinator know. They manage provider selection and can connect you with us directly.
Not yet connected with a PASSe? Your local DHS office is the place to start. They can walk you through eligibility and get you linked to the right support coordination.
